• Make-to-Order: Do you deliver the complete order on or before the promised delivery date at least 95% of the time?
• Retail/Distribution/Make-to-Stock: Are at least 95% of catalog/running items available for dispatch at all times?
• Service Delivery: Do you deliver the full value your customers want at least 95% of the time?

I NEED HELP: Use the examples below to adapt this question for your situation:

• Job Shop - delivers 97% of all orders on time in full quantity with acceptable quality (no returns) = ANSWER YES
